COREcruitment’s executive search division has developed and expanded over many years recruiting within the industry. We cover senior level placements across all sectors within the agency, both at a national and global levels as well as supporting relocation searches.
Our success with senior level recruitment has been gained through focusing on sectors we have gained established networks and vast knowledge in rather than taking a generalist approach.
Working with a business, supporting entry level employees through to their CEO enables us to gain true insight and we feel allows a business to trust in us as partner for recruitment.

Krishnan Doyle - Managing Director
Krishnan has over 20 years market experience, focusing extensively in Europe, the Middle East and South America. Coupled with his operational background, he has also studied in Hospitality, Tourism and Facility Management in Spain and Holland, achieving a joint honours degree from one of Europe’s top business schools. Krishnan also achieved qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD), the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Development & Organisational Culture from a prominent London University.
Emma Stillwell – Executive search
Emma began her journey as a Venue & Events Consultant before moving across to head up the NED desk. She works with some amazing and exciting clients from entrepreneur and founder led businesses right up to the big corporates, helping them hire top Non-Executive Directors and CSuite talent. As Executive and Non-Executive Consultant, she gets to work with incredible people who have achieved incredible things and help them on their way to being able to do what they love. She covers all areas of Senior recruitment from Chairperson, Non-Executive, Advisors and C-suite.
Oliwia Collins - Executive Search, Finance
Oliwia has a Master in sustainable futures. She covers roles on a nationwide basis offering a wide range of Accounting, Finance & supply chain candidates. Oliwia has excellent attention to detail, often working with specialist skill set briefs and confidential searches. She takes a dual approach to candidate introductions, focusing both on skills set as well as a personal fit. Ensuring not only that the candidate will work well with a particular companies dynamic, but that the company in question offers an environment to match a candidate’s ambitions. Ideal for executive-level search and especially successful in search with multi-directions. After agreeing a retained search and fee plan, we will begin to track and asses the specific area of the market, drawing together a long list and then manage in close, continued contact the rest of the process. Contingency search
A popular approach within the industry and a preferred search option for mid-level recruitment. After being briefed on a client’s criteria and needs we begin a search, working within your time frame to deliver a short list of candidates with diverse skill sets. A percentage payment is paid upon successful placement. This option gives lots of flexibility.
Market analysis, social media and marketing packages
We can offer different recruitment support depending on your needs and budget. If we business prefers to self-manage their search, we have packages to support across market analysis, social media and e-marketing. Whether it be a 2000, individual written e-marketing email allowing the client to access all included candidates or a Social media campaign to attract talent these options can be used as an alternative or as an addition to a contingency or retained search.

Technical ability
We can screen and reference technical ability. It will exclude 99.9% of the population from most roles. We will then look at multiple sectors and markets to identify top performing companies with synergies with our client and will identify the individuals responsible for their success.

Motivation
Where possible, we build our methodology into the recruitment process. A four-stage approach involving business planning as well as interviewing to test a candidate’s motivation for a role as well as their ability.

Next level research
We talk to previous senior managers in the team / other influencers in the business. Then we research the company and its market perceptions. Then we create a candidate map to look at top companies and their people and aim to produce a list of 30 names by the end of this stage (ideally with profiles and summaries of experience and achievements).
Qualification & market research
It is quite often the case that that multiple individuals are responsible for the success of a business. This stage is very much about speaking to the individuals concerned to identify the right people. We use a variety of techniques to contact these candidates which can range from identifying the networking events they attend to reference checking past team members. There is normally a route to engage them for a qualifying call.
CANDIDATE GENERATION
Direct Approach
• Some searches, especially confidential and sensitive hires require a discreet, direct approach or headhunting process.
• Firstly, we identify the essential criteria and the areas which are potentially flexible. We look within the market and create a talent long list to discuss together with the hiring business. We then continue the search from there, narrowing the long list to a key group of individuals who are then approached accordingly.
Network, talent pool & referrals
• As we are a within industry executive search team, we have an established and continually growing network of individuals both from a candidate and client perspective.
• This fluid network allows for information sharing, new business possibilities and natural introductions when recruiting for or looking for a new position.
• This can be especially effective for individuals who may not be actively looking for a new position but are interested in exploring the market. This is also very useful to businesses who predicted change and gaps within their team, however, may not know exactly what type of hire they are looking to market. Recommendations and referrals have also been instrumental in our success, utilising the knowledge of our network to directly recommend an in individual for a specific position.
