Sessions was founded by the former Managing Director of Deliveroo, Dan Warne. Our flagship venue is the iconic Shelter Hall in Brighton. We use our venues to incubate and develop high-quality real brands that then scale through partnerships with high quality operator hosts. This is our Accelerator. We only select the best brands, from the best founders, that have proven culinary track records and concepts that excel on delivery platforms.

Founded in 2017, Lost Boys have created ten signature sauces which are smothered over chicken wings, buns, and sides. The founder, Tomas Samandi, wanted to create a fun brand that reflected his childhood fascination with eating with friends – Lost Boys gives people an opportunity to share stories, troubles and jokes over sauces and munch. A fun, fresh, and vibrant option for fast-casual dining, named after an original power woman of wallet-friendly recipes, Fanny Craddock. Fanny's Kebabs offers modern kebabs alongside a short quick-serve menu made using the highest quality ingredients available. Cooked to order over an open flame grill, house chill and yogurt sauces and fragrant spice mixes, including sumac, za'atar, and ras el hanout, discovered on the team’s travels. M E N U

The short menu features a wide selection of high-quality, flavoursome dishes, specials include a ‘lazy lamb’, ‘swish chicken’, kebab, served either as a classic wrapped kebab or gluten-free options of a salad box or rice box. The UK's first 100% plant-based bleeding burger joint serving Beyond Meat and the only restaurant in the world to specialise in the Beyond Burger. Halo’s team spent over 18 months developing “a secret seasoning” to complement the Beyond Burger, which involved multiple tastings in both California and London. M E N U

A simple menu featuring all vegan ingredients: Halo Burger, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Cheeseburger, Hamburger and Pink Salt Fries. Their signature ‘The Halo Burger’ sees two 1/8 lb hand-formed patties layered with old school diced white onion, melted 100% plant-based American style cheese, a juicy slice of beef tomato, crisp lettuce and tangy signature house-made sauce. Painter-decorator turned cheesecake connoisseur, Joe Moruzzi, turned his hobby into a business in 2017, helped by a shout out on social media from Joe Wicks. His Inventive toppings and out-of-this world flavour combinations led to an investment offer from Dragon’s Den Touker Suleyman, appearances on This Morning, and a deal to write a recipe book.
