Lucia’s experience ranges from 5*luxury Hotels to show stopping events across Unique Venues of London, her specialty is event management, sales and operations. She managed and executed events up to 1,000 people at Natural History Museum/Tower of London/St Pancras Renaissance/ HAC and has worked with London’s exclusive caterers and event agencies. After being freelance for 6 years she went on to join Ace Hotel as the Event Operations Manager where she trained and developed her own team, implemented creative ideas and logistical procedures for this fantastic venue! Lucia’s passion has always been people and more specifically supporting people after 7 years of delivering great events and exceeding client expectations, she decided to join COREcruitment where she is using her expertise to find great talent for the events industry! When she isn’t working Lucia likes to spend time exploring London, finding out new venues and keeping up to date with the hottest and newest event trends #eventprofs
