Manager & Sommelier Zdeňka Šnajdrová recommends: Malbec, Bodega Lurton, Mendoza, Argentina Malbec is a typical Argentinian grape and it is recommended with many different meat dishes. Thanks to aging in oak cast it is a full bodied wine with high content of tannins, with ruby colour and spicy taste. The combination with marinated pork ribs brings out the fruit taste.
