Technique: 1. Spread the imperial blow out evenly concentrating on the roots. 2. Blow-dry your hair preferably upside-down to create volume. 3. Smooth out the front, grab random sections and wrap around the tongs directing off your face. 4. Spray with texturizer and separate the curls, you can take sections from sides, twist around and grip at the back for half-up half down look. 5. Finish off with hairspray for extra hold.

MEET THE A-TEAM Petra Remenyi Gym Supervisor I have participated in various sports such as gymnastics, swimming and dancing. My passion for health and fitness motivated me to study sports so I can give my knowledge and enthusiasm to others. I specialise in weight loss and body sculpting, high intensity training, flexibility and core strength. I had a recent ACL reconstruction surgery and underwent long rehabilitation which now enables me to assist clients with knee injury rehabilitation and strengthening. My aim is to assist you in achieving your goals by making you work at your full potential whilst still enjoying your time in the gym. If you would like to work hard and have fun in the gym, don’t hesitate to book in for a personal training session with me.
