Voyent Alert

We are pleased to announce that the Township of South Glengarry has launched the new Voyent Alert! notification service.

If you have not registered yet for Voyent Alert the Township is requesting that you register ASAP. You will no longer receive door-todoor paper notifications therefore you must be registered with Voyent Alert to receive any future water related advisories (services disruption, precautionary notice, boil water)

This change is to provide residents in a timelier manner using current technologies. The notifications will be sent by an e-mail, voice, text-based, or mobile app alert. There is no fee to residents to signup for this service and you can register at: register.voyent-alert. com. The QR code will bring you level. The case will then be assigned to the appropriate team member for review and resolution. directly to the website to register. It is highly recommended that all residents on municipal water and wastewater systems register to stay informed.

Residents will then receive an email letting them know their issue is being investigated and how to reference it in the future.
