Corporate Dimension utilises an inventory management system that provides comprehensive support to all aspects of its operations. •T he system generates a comprehensive range of standard reports, covering such matters as : •G arment stock holdings by number of units / style / size / value. •G arment delivery reports by staff member / delivery address / delivery period as well as by number of units / value / garment style. •F inancial reports, invoice summaries, statements by delivery point / geographical region. Management analysis, including usage comparisons by delivery point / geographical region. Further to this Corporate Dimension Internet fulfillment facility, utilizes web technologies to enable a user friendly management tool. This technology enables Corporate Dimension customers to not only receive and process orders electronically but also alows clients to manage stock levels more efficiently.
The BASICS
Corporate Dimension Solutions delivery method are fully flexible. This enables customers to develope a program to fit there needs. To give you an idea our normal despatch arrangements include individually picking, packing and despatching each staff member’s order to the location indicated on their individual order. The process includes: • Staff members forwarding an individual order for their own needs to Corporate Dimension for order processing. • All staff orders are processed and stock allocated accordingly. • Each staff member’s order is individually picked and packed into a separate carton. • All cartons for delivery to one location are then consolidated and despatched. Each carton has easy to read individual identification for quick distribution at the client’s location. • Alternatively, bulk processing and despatch can be facilitated upon request. 200
