F

ounded in December 2011, Cosaveli has rapidly grown to become the world’s leading provider of pro-am cycling events. Our goal is to create a sustainable platform for charities to raise unrestricted funds for important causes. To achieve this we need to build a successful, commercial company with strong corporate governance to sustain our position as a market leader. The Trois Etapes events represent a unique opportunity for cyclists of all ages and abilities to ride the climbs of the Grand Tours and the routes of the Classics with professional cyclists. Furthermore, the team ethos of the events has enabled our riders to reach a level of performance that has surprised even the most experienced riders. In building a commercial enterprise focused on creating social good, we work to meet the needs of our shareholders and our charity partners. We believe these goals are mutually self-supporting. In creating a successful event series and a strong business we can constantly invest to enhance the fundraising power of the Trois Etapes. A successful business

means we can create long term, demonstrable value for sponsors and charity donors. By adding further events in 2015, we have responded to the requests of our riders, charity partners and corporate supporters. By extending the series we have developed upon our successful formula of selecting the most attractive routes, the best placed hotels and the finest available support - a formula that we believe will bring continued success.

I

n the past three years, we’ve been honoured to host a pro-am road cycling series that has raised over $6.5m for our charity partners. We’re humbled by the physical

efforts of the amateur riders who take part, by the generosity of the professional riders who lead the teams and by the financial support that so many individuals and companies provide to our charity partners through the Trois Etapes.

We know it’s possible to create a win-win for everyone. Riders get to experience the greatest cycling on Earth. Sponsors get global exposure through social media, print and televised footage and charities use the events we create to generate unrestricted funds to support their work. We look forward to raising and riding with you throughout 2015.

ver the past three years, Cosaveli has become the world leader in pro-am cycling events. The Trois Etapes Pro-Am Cycle Series has grown since our inaugural event following the Tour de France in 2012 to include a second Grand Tour event in 2014, the Trois Etapes Giro. We have now increased the series to four events, adding the Trois Etapes Mallorca and the Trois Etapes Classics to our 2015 portfolio. This brings a new flavour to the Trois Etapes as we open entries to both individuals and corporates. The Trois Etapes is as close to a professional event as you can get. No other event in the world gives amateurs the chance to experience the thrill of pro cycling quite like the Trois Etapes. Each team is led by a pro rider and surrounded with the luxury of team radios, soigneurs, mechanics and cars.

or the first time, individual cyclists can book directly with Cosaveli to take part in an iconic Trois Etapes event on the beautiful island of Mallorca. The Trois Etapes Mallorca provides five full days of some of the best early season riding and weather in Europe, packed with timed GC sections and accompanied by pro cyclists. Riders will have the chance to ride in seeded groups over the island’s rich and varied terrain. Easily and economically accessible from Europe and with full peloton support, this is a chance for riders to test their early season legs.

e return to the French Pyrenees where teams will compete on behalf of their charity partner for a slice of Trois Etapes and Tour de France history. The giant climbs of the most famous professional race in the world punctuate the three stages. Equipped with team radios and with the full support that a pro rider would have in a Grand Tour, each team will be supported by their own team car, directeur sportif and team soigneur.
