Terra Natura Benidorm goes digital with an innovative virtual assistant
The Terra Natura Benidorm nature and animal park is moving forward in its digitalisation strategy with the integration of a chatbot, which has been developed by the technology company 1MillionBot. It is a bilingual virtual assistant that has been integrated into the park’s online communication tools to facilitate access to updated and detailed information on the experiences available and opening hours, as well as to facilitate the purchase of tickets in a simple, intuitive and accessible way.

The virtual assistant will be available specifically on the park’s website (www.terranatura. com) and on the company’s whatsapp. The incorporation of this new interactive tool is intended to reinforce the experience of customers when planning their visit to this park, which is dedicated to the conservation and dissemination of biodiversity.
The new virtual assistant that has been designed will be called ‘Bee’ and the graphic icon to access it will be a bee, in allusion to the conservation work that these insects carry out to maintain the balance of ecosystems and in line with the values of sustainability and protection of biodiversity that mark the actions of Terra Natura Benidorm.
The chatbot will be available 24 hours a day in several languages, which will extend the customer service hours aimed at the international public. In addition to assisting and guiding users during the ticket purchase process, this tool will also provide information on the most frequently asked questions by the public.
In the creation and implementation of this new tool both entities, 1MillionBot and Terra Natura Benidorm, have worked hand in hand to implement a virtual assistant capable of adapting to the needs and specifications of the theme park, in order to offer a personalised, improved and effective experience for the user.
