Rehabilitation of the promenade along Arroyo de los Molinos river. The scheme was part of a rehabilitation plan promoted by the Andalucia’s Government to provide public spaces in iconic areas where the usage of private vehicles were predominant. Despite of the low budget, the proposal prevails the pedestrian flows over vehicles, while improves the floor surfaces, balustrades and landscaping by using local materials and workforce. a bridge designed to be slim, elegant and minimise its visual impact and the disturbance of the natural habitat. A smart solution for a sensible environment confidential location The bridge has been designed in collaboration with Buro Happold Engineers and no information can be released yet. This study sets out to set the context for shared living from its beginnings through to current day developments, and to analyse and understand that has been attempted to date. It then attempts to contextualize this in the current planning legislation climate (using London as the example) and to provide an improved way forward.
