What fitting is Cosyfeet footwear? All our styles have an extra-wide, deep and roomy fitting of EEEEE+ for women and HH+ for men. Don’t worry if you don’t know the exact width of your feet because most of our styles are very adjustable. This means they can cope with a range of foot shapes and problems and are ideal for swollen feet.

What size should I order? Most customers find that if they order the shoe size they wore before experiencing swelling or problems (e.g. size 6) our footwear is wide and deep enough to provide the extra room they need. If you normally take a half size and we don’t offer a half size in the style you want, we recommend you order the smaller full size.

Do I need to take care if I have diabetes? Yes – although we’re diabetic aware and offer footwear and socks with minimal seaming, not all of our products are suitable if you have diabetes so you need to make your own judgement or ask a medical advisor.
