Life Is 4 Living Returns Life is 4 Living is an exercise class for older adults. Led by a fully qualified coach, Emma, the sessions can be chair based if needed. Participants need to wear loose comfortable clothes, there’s no need for special clothing, and bring a drink for during the session. Sessions are held at Fulmerston Family Church at 10:30am every Friday morning. Organiser June Lewis said, “We are delighted to be back after covid forced us to stop. We’ve put everything in place to make the session safe, and all covid guidelines and recommendations are being followed.” Many of the group find that they benefit from the exercise and the social aspect, pre covid the group also went on outings a couple of times each year and enjoyed lunches together. June is hoping to restart this element once it’s fully safe to do so. “You can just come and enjoy Emma’s sessions, or you can join in with extra activities when we have them, there’s no pressure,” June continued, “we’re a friendly bunch and Emma is superb. If you feel that you would benefit from some gentle exercise, please do get in touch. You can also enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a chat at the end of the session”.

Life is 4 Living is a self funded group, open to anyone over 50 years who feels that they would benefit from taking part and had advice from their Doctor to take some exercise.
