TO THE HEART OF NASHVILLE Our galleries, the Hall of Fame Rotunda and event spaces are some of the most unique spaces in the world. We believe that our attention to detail and renowned service will make your event truly one-of-a-kind. Located in the heart of Nashville’s arts and entertainment district, the Museum is the centerpiece of an area that includes a vibrant new 5 TH Avenue scene on the immediate west side of the building. The adjacent Omni Nashville Hotel is a short walk south, and the new Music City Center is located just across 5 TH Avenue. All of this lies within short walking distance of Bridgestone Arena, and the historic Lower Broadway and 2 ND Avenue districts — the distinctive soul of the city, layered with thriving honky tonks, live music and restaurants.


MUSIC CITY SKYLINE EVENT HALL 10,000 Square Feet Capacity: 1,200 Reception • 600 Banquet • 800 Meeting The Event Hall, with its soaring glass windows overlooking downtown, offers an unparalleled Nashville setting. Guests look out onto the city that is literally built on dreams. The Event Hall provides an awe-inspiring space for receptions, dinners, general sessions, and trade shows.


BEYOND COMPARE This distinctive Hall, with its beautiful hardwood floors, also plays host to live concerts, set against the most breathtaking backdrop in town.

THE PRELUDE HCA LOBBY 5,600 Square Feet Capacity: 600 Reception • 300 Banquet Our HCA Lobby is ideal for receptions and dinners, as well as silent auctions, pre-event networking and meet-and-greets. This accessible space — a stand-alone accommodation in its own right — may also host exhibits and trade shows, as well as registration, initial orientations and event overflow.


SUN AND MOON THE CARLTON TERRACE 6,000 Square Feet Capacity: 400 Reception • 200 Banquet The Carlton Terrace is the most welcoming outdoor space in the city — an idyllic setting for receptions, outdoor dinners and weddings, as well as a unique venue for live music. This beautiful space is a rooftop venue, adjacent to the Event Hall and HCA Lobby.


YOUR TABLE AWAITS CITY NATIONAL BANK PRIVATE DINING ROOM 758 Square Feet Capacity: 40 Banquet • 60 Reception • 20 Meeting Our Private Dining Room will be the perfect space for VIP dining, rehearsal dinners, private lunches or small executive meetings. Possessing the ultimate personal touch, this room will feature one of many magnificent views of the downtown Nashville skyline, and will be ideal for entertaining guests. It may also serve as a matchless artist green room.


LIVE SESSIONS CMA THEATER

Capacity: 776 • 50 Banquet (On Stage) • 60 Reception (On Stage) Nestled in the heart of Music City, the state-of-the-art, 776-seat CMA Theater is a unique — and sought after — Nashville venue for live performances. A highly versatile space, the Theater provides an unmatched setting for general sessions, sales meetings, television broadcasts, press conferences and much more.


THE OVERTURE GRAND FOYER 6,500 Square Feet Capacity: 400 Reception • 200 Banquet • 200 Meeting The Grand Foyer is the perfect location for pre-concert receptions, as well as breakfast and lunch breaks from a general session. A flexible setting, the Grand Foyer may also accommodate meeting registrations, silent auctions and trade shows.


THE MAIN EVENT CURB CONSERVATORY 11,000 Square Feet Capacity: 400 Banquet • 750 Reception Our Conservatory is an inspirational space, harboring sights and sounds, centered around wood, stone and water — essential elements that honor this unique American art form.


LIGHT UP THE NIGHT “ T o say our event was perfection is probably an understatement! We could not have been happier with everything! Our Event Services Manager was amazing and saw to every last detail – even finding a pair of ballet flats for me when my shoes turned out to be less than comfortable. She’s a true pro! Of course we loved the facility and our guests were just in awe. Our guest of honor, Patsy, was pretty much blown away by the entire event! We did run quite a bit behind schedule and truly appreciate that everyone stayed late for us to get through. Our company doesn’t do a lot of events to the magnitude of this one but we will for sure use the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum again for other events, big or small. - Karen Z. URBAN PULSE CURB COURTYARD 2,800 Square Feet Capacity: 100 Banquet • 200 Reception The Curb Courtyard is a part of the city itself. The impression and atmosphere are intertwined with your event, and allow guests to feel its energy. The Curb Courtyard offers the refuge of an urban greenspace, and is appropriate for any season.


CITYSIDE CRUMP TERRACE 1,500 Square Feet Capacity: 70 Banquet • 200 Reception

The Crump Terrace provides another unique street-level view of the city, an outdoor space adjacent to the Ford Theater. The Terrace is accented by a fountain, ivy, roses and sweetgum trees. Like our Curb Courtyard, the Crump Terrace is appropriate for any season.


THE VERY ESSENCE HALL OF FAME ROTUNDA 4,500 Square Feet Capacity: 170 Banquet • 300 Reception The Hall of Fame Rotunda honors the artists, songwriters, musicians and others who have shaped the history of country music, commemorated here with bronze plaques arranged in a never-ending circle. Election to the Hall of Fame is country music’s highest award, and the Rotunda is a soaring, majestic space befitting that honor. The soul of the music lives here.

The Ford Theater — our original “living room” — was constructed by the same acoustic team who created the Lincoln Center in New York City. This local treasure has played host to our many legendary performers, as well as CEOs and dignitaries.


INTIMATE SETTING BMI HALL 1,044 Square Feet Capacity: 70 Banquet • 85 Reception • 100 Meeting The BMI Hall and its warm, cherry wood accents are bathed by natural light during the day, and its generous windows allow for another dramatic view of the downtown nightscape.


CHAIRMAN’S VIEW BOARD ROOM 1,400 Square Feet Capacity: 40 • Perimeter Seating: 10 Our Board Room is an inspirational space — one that plays a role in the Museum’s overall direction. It features a 65-foot, U-shaped granite table and, like the adjacent BMI Hall, offers an exhilarating view of the city skyline, day or night.


GALLERY OF DREAMS TOUR THE MUSEUM Our renowned Museum Gallery spaces allow music fans of all genres to experience the universal appeal of country music — a unique American art form. We are the guardian of over 2 million treasured artifacts, keepers of the flame. Our self-guided tour is a walk through American history, one that carries the visitor from the earliest folk traditions to the music that thrills millions today.

WELCOME TO THE SHOW HATCH SHOW PRINT, established in 1879, is one of the oldest working letterpress shops in America. Another historic property of the Country Music Hall of Fame Ž and Museum, Hatch Show Print is located just inside our 5 TH Avenue entrance and is a true piece of living history. A uniquely Nashville institution, Hatch Show Print has bridged three centuries, and is known for producing iconic show posters advertising musical acts ranging from Grand Ole Opry stars to rock and roll legends, both old and new, and much more. For those who book an event at the Museum, it is possible to have a custom event poster designed and printed by Hatch Show Print, take a guided tour through the legendary shop’s production floor and its magical history, and participate in hands-on programs. Classic posters may also be purchased as gifts for guests as a keepsake of their Nashville experience.


HOME OF 1,000 HITS HISTORIC RCA STUDIO B is located on famed Music Row, and is the oldest surviving recording studio in Nashville. Another historic property of the Country Music Hall of Fame Ž and Museum, RCA Studio B is one of the most distinguished studios in the world: more than 35,000 songs were recorded in the legendary space — with more than 1,000 becoming hits. Step inside the studio where many of the greatest performers of the past 50 years created timeless music and made recording history!
