Wel2come2 To the Heart of Nashville

Inside our doors, creativity, elegance, and Southern hospitality flow freely, from the celebrated Hall of Fame Rotunda to our array of event spaces, ranging from expansive and awe-inducing to intimate and tuned for inspiration.

Just outside the Museum’s doors, Music City’s famous energy thrums. Across Fifth Avenue, conferences and summits bring the state-of-the-art Music City Center to life. A few blocks north, games and concerts draw fans to the Bridgestone Arena, and Nashville’s storied honky-tonk district calls visitors from around the globe for world-class live music and dining. From our spaces and our fine-tuned service to our setting in the heart of Downtown Nashville, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has what it takes to make your event a true Music City original.

Less Waste MORE TO CELEBRATE

During your event, you’ll want not; we’ll waste not. A focus on sustainability and community drives the Museum’s materials management during everyday operations and special events alike. We donate all leftover food to the Nashville Rescue Mission and other organizations, where it goes to feed homeless and hungry Nashvillians. And all disposable food-service materials used here—from to-go containers to plates, cups, silverware, and paper goods—are 100% compostable.

Annually, those efforts result in: Nearly 15,000 pounds of food donated (enough to feed 10 adults for a full year) A savings of 227,000 kWh, enough electricity to power 21 households for a year More than 266,000 pounds of food and recycled goods diverted from local landfills

Honors AND ACCOLADES

We’re proud to have our sustainability efforts recognized through nationwide and statewide awards. Among the recent accolades the Museum has received: Tennessee Governor’s Environmental Stewardship Award for Excellence in Materials Management Center for Nonprofit Management’s Piedmont Natural Gas Excellence in Sustainable Practices Award American Alliance of Museums’ Sustainability Excellence Award

Hatch Show Print Established in 1879 and known as one of the legends of letterpress printing, Hatch Show Print has been crafting iconic show posters since the early days of country music, and is another historic property of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Artists from Roy Acuff and Hank Williams through to Kacey Musgraves and Jason Isbell have seen their names set and inked on paper through Hatch’s hand-cranked presses. Those who book an event at the Museum may also choose to have a custom event poster designed and printed in the Hatch Show Print shop, located inside our building. The legendary shop also offers guided tours and hands-on programs that illuminate its history, and classic posters and modern designs can also be purchased as keepsake gifts.
