Pershore Brides

As a woman’s body moves into the menopause women find that the exercises they used to do to keep in shape just don’t have the same effect. With the reduction of the hormones oestrogen and progesterone the menopause body compensates by slowing down its metabolism and storing fat. It’s not all bad news however the menopause is an excellent time to pause, assess your body needs and apply a new fitness routine. The good news is It’s not about working harder and for longer but applying shorter, stronger workouts incorporating strength training with short bursts of interval routines.

If you’d like to know more and claim a FREE workout with Kerryanne a personal trainer who specialises in fat loss and training women in the menopause call her on 07976 850806 Or email her at Kerryanne.york@gmail.com
