Vanbrugh House Hotel in Oxford has launched two bespoke luxury packages to make getting married even more special. The boutique 22-bedroom hotel nestled in Oxford’s bustling centre now offers the Bride & Bridal Party Package and The Wedding Night Package – perfect for those getting married in one of Oxford’s many quirky city-centre locations.

Whether it’s a bride and her crew wanting to get ready, a romantic spot for the first night of married life, or a base before saying ‘I do’, the two deluxe suites with secluded gardens and a private entrance offer a separate, pampered space to kick-start married life in – complete with four-poster beds, lavish Mr and Mrs bathtubs, luxury touches like slippers and The White Company toiletries plus a digital concierge for guests to make use of during their stay.

The Bride & Bridal Party Package is the essential ‘pre-party’ package, perfect for brides or groups looking for a space to get ready for the big event. The bride – and friends - can spend the last night of singledom in lavish surroundings, before waking up to a champagne breakfast hamper in the room. The suite has a separate entrance with a VIP private area to welcome the bridal party with a red carpet and champagne waiting on arrival. The spacious suite offers plenty of space for bridal parties to put the finishing touches to their looks – with huge bathrooms with separate baths and showers, as well as plenty of sink space and mirrors, too.

The Wedding Night Package offers newlyweds a one-night stay in a private deluxe suite to retire to after their big day, packed with romantic touches to make the first-night extra special. Decorated with rose petals on the bed, drinks on arrival and a peaceful pamper kit filled with bath bombs, bath salts and eye masks, this is a special way to start married life. A delicious breakfast hamper filled with locally sourced produce, fresh juices and pastries is delivered to the door the next morning, the final touch to wake up to as a married couple.

BURNHAM BEECHES HOTEL, SLOUGH, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE.

Offering elegant Georgian architecture and ten acres of manicured lawns and gardens, Burnham Beeches Hotel merges a classical style with a newly refurbished bedroom wing. HORWOOD HOUSE, MILTON KEYNES, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

Nestled in the rural tranquillity of the Buckinghamshire countryside sits this Grade II listed manor house hotel and spa, accessed via a tree-lined approach surrounded by perfectly manicured blossom gardens and a picturesque lily pond. Designed in a Jacobethan style and built in 1911, the manor house is the focal point of the hotel with its tall brick chimneys, bay windows and Bath stone surfaces with handmade red brick walls and original stone steps leading up to it. Inside, the stunning sweeping staircase provides a picturesque spot for big-day portraits.

Perfect for a cosy escape, the hotel’s new Manor Suites are located on the top floor of the original house offering spacious, elegant lounge areas, deluxe super-king beds and Art Deco-inspired bathrooms. With two ceremony locations to choose from, the newly refurbished Drawing Room is brimming with grand features and has been delicately refreshed to provide a neutral ethereal space for the exchanging of vows for up to 80 guests seated. It features high ceilings with magnificent detailing, an impressive stone fireplace and a stunning bay window presenting a light and airy stage. Subtly glistening wall coverings and soft botanical prints finish off the look in this romantic room.

For a picturesque outdoor ceremony, a white wedding arbour is situated within the blossom gardens, creating a truly romantic oasis to be enjoyed throughout the summer months, from April to September, with a capacity for up to 190 guests. Couples can also choose a less traditional setting for a wedding blessing or renewal of vows, such as the steps of the manor house framed by elegant wisteria, the magical well that’s hidden amongst the woodland or under the boughs of the ancient oak tree.

The neutral and spacious settings of the Eyre and Cook Suites can be decorated to any chosen style for the wedding breakfast and reception, seating up to 190 guests. There’s the option to add a dancefloor and space for a DJ. The Eyre Suite provides direct access to the terrace and out into the pretty gardens. For a more intimate affair with smaller numbers of between 40 and 80 loved ones, the manor house is an idyllic setting to host the entire day in the ethereal-inspired Drawing Room, Lounge and Manor Bar with terrace space just down the original stone steps.
