That’s why the team offers delicious dishes created using the finest and locally sourced ingredients, accompanied by an extensive range of wines and champagnes. The dry hire package in the Apsley Suite is perfect for those with a particular cuisine in mind that the venue can’t cater for. The team also have a long-lasting relationship with many local caterers and can suggest companies if needed.

The property dates back to 1853 and has 18 individually designed bedrooms in the main house. The contemporary extension has an additional 52 bedrooms and provides the perfect place for guests to rest their heads.
