Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa is an impressive Georgian manor house set within 19th-century formal gardens, which has been the venue’s centrepiece for more than 200 years. From a rolling parkland to a secret woodland and kitchen garden – everything has been lovingly restored to its former glory.
The venue’s charming and elegant interior is full of character with high ceilings, ornate chandeliers and period features. With multiple spaces available for a wedding, the venue is perfect for any special day no matter the size. The Portland suite features large multi-paned windows which provides plenty of light for a ceremony and reception for 80 people.
Next is the Chatsworth suite with an original marble fireplace, high ceilings, chandeliers and views over the sweeping lawns. This area can accommodate 85 guests for a ceremony, 50 for a wedding breakfast and 80 in the evening.
For larger weddings, the Ringwood suite can hold 250 loved ones for the ‘I dos’, 130 for the wedding breakfast and 250 for the evening celebration. This area has been restored and exhibits all of the glamour of a vintage-style ballroom.
The Hollingwood suite is situated on the first floor with a beautiful fireplace, bay windows and stunning views over the gardens. Exchange vows in front of 60 loved ones and continue the celebration with 40 people in the evening. For a more intimate wedding, the Cavendish suite is great for a ceremony with 24 people and has excellent views over the gardens.
Situated on the rolling lawns, the Garden Pavilion is a pictureperfect space for an outdoor ceremony and the Italian Gardens has a beautiful pergola and tranquil settings. Tucked away in award-winning gardens with views of the surrounding woodland, these areas are ideal for a reception with 180 guests during the day and 350 in the evening.
When couples tie the knot at this venue, they’ll receive a complimentary honeymoon suite on the night of the wedding and reduced rates on their first anniversary stay.

Situated in Northamptonshire, Kelmarsh Hall is a stunning country house wedding venue set in beautiful formal gardens. The romantic Palladian-style building has gorgeous steps at the front and back of the hall and formal lawns leading down the estate. Included in the exclusive use is the Grade II listed gardens which can be used for drinks receptions and to capture beautiful photographs.
As guests enter the impressive venue they’ll be welcomed into The Great Hall, a space perfect for photos or welcoming drinks with a roaring fire for autumn/winter weddings. Nancy Lancaster designed the venue’s interior in the ‘20s/’30s with a shabby chic design; the rooms are all in pastel shades and perfectly match any colour scheme.
The beautiful Saloon is licensed for civil ceremonies with 100 people and features gorgeous décor, a sound system and baby grand piano for live music. Continue the celebrations in The Ballroom for receptions with 100 people during the day and 150 in the evening.
Included in the venue fee is accommodation at a local hotel and a taxi transfer at the end of the evening.

Situated on 23 acres of enchanting parkland and gardens, Stubton Hall is the perfect location for exclusive weddings all year round. The timeless country house is full of wonderful Georgian architecture with modern touches, and inside couples will find 25 bedrooms, reception rooms and an orangery.
Ceremonies can occur in four different locations at the venue; the Music Room has enormous windows overlooking the terrace for 100 guests, while the magnificent Orangery can seat up to 200 for grand events. For more intimate weddings, the chic Bow Room or sunny Conservatory are the perfect options.
For the wedding breakfast, the Orangery can seat up to 200 guests and has a space for a live band, DJ, dancefloor and even more guests in the evening.
Over the festive period guests will be welcomed by blazing fires, an enormous Christmas tree in the front hall, festooned mantles and the beautiful staircase swathed in a glittering garland. When the sun goes down, the spectacular curtain of fairylights on the front portico is illuminated and creates a romantic atmosphere.

Receptions occur in The Boardroom (18 people), the private Dining Room (10) or The Gallery Restaurant for daytime receptions with 40 guests or 50 if the Private Dining Room is also used. The restaurant must be vacated by 4.30 pm if the hotel is not booked on an exclusive-use basis. The manicured gardens overlooking the parkland is also available for reception drinks and garden games.

When guests enter the hall, they’re greeted by a timeless feel of intimate beauty with a traditional-styled bar, a stunning sitting room space and a cantilevered stone staircase, which leads to individual bedroom suites with statement bathrooms.
The venue is fully licensed for inside and outside ceremonies, offering multiple options for couples to choose from. There are numerous options to say ‘I do’ within the idyllic grounds including the front lawn with the extensive countryside views, underneath the beech trees’ canopy, the intimate yew tree or the romantic woodland. All of these spaces can accommodate up to 80 day guests.
Inside couples can choose from the ceremony room (50 guests) with its chandelier, white marble fireplace, original architectural mouldings and floor-to-ceiling windows; or the spacious and light-filled Orangery (80) with stunning roof lanterns and beautiful classical lighting.
The Orangery is perfect for receptions and opens out on to the terrace, perfectly linking the inside and outside spaces. The sitting room, ceremony room, bar and other communal areas offer exclusive entertaining spaces.
Booking Cleatham Hall for a wedding gives couples total exclusivity spread over three days, meaning they can immerse themselves in their wedding experience and have plenty of time to add personal touches ahead of their big day.
