This outstanding hands-on experience immerses you through a journey of Gin and Australian botanicals using Manly Spirits’ mini copper pot stills to develop and distill your own 700mL bottle of gin.
With step-by-step guidance through the distillation process, the distiller will explain how to produce a delicious hand-crafted gin and help you choose the right ingredients from our extensive range of botanicals to create your own unique gin recipe. While your gin infuses, sit back and enjoy a Manly Spirits cocktail with a paired antipasto plate. At the same time, we will enlighten you on Gin’s fascinating and dark past, through to present day renaissance.
With the distillation process complete, it’s time to sample and name your unique creation, before bottling, sealing and applying your personalised label, ready to take home in a giftbox.
