She has been making delicious fermented veggies for as long as she can remember, massaging and pressing the fermentation with her feet as a kid. Today, Ms Dostal runs her own food business Bohemian Delights from the Beaches Market. She makes and sells a range of fermented foods including sauerkraut, which is full of health benefits, jams and chutneys, with less sugar, to her growing number of customers.
