Allow us to introduce you to Zing Fresh, an up-and-coming mover and shaker in the local catering and events industry. Zing Fresh is an eighteen month young, dynamic business based in Manly, catering both private and corporate events.
The company serves contemporary, clean and creative cuisine which is every bit refreshing on the local food scene as it is nourishing for you. Choose from a deliciously unique menu where all ingredients are earth fresh and friendly. As a former interior stylist and current all-round nature loving creative, Jennifer's innovative food affords both distinctive flavours and outstanding presentation without costing the earth.
Jennifer makes, 'clean grub' by working from the ground roots up, quite literally; Jennifer believes that your well-being is worth the dig! She uses predominantly unprocessed produce, even sauces, dressings and dips are made from scratch and are therefore unrefined and uncontaminated. Fresh food that is closest to its natural state is super guest-friendly, so catering for food intolerances is a cinch.
If that sounds scary-serious when you and your guests just want to let your hair down, don’t fret! Zing Fresh does good food incognito. It still seems like you're living as though there's no tomorrow and you can party hard this festive season. Going way beyond good taste, Zing also rocks at zero waste, using only local suppliers and farmers who tread lightly and minimise packaging.
The menu is designed to utilise the entire product, from peel to pip and stalk to tip, without a single bit to waste. Discouraging single use serving items, many of the canapes are entirely edible, right down to the flowers. For example, their delicious guacamole and chips served inside the avocado. Scrumptiously sustainable!
No plastic, polystyrene, foil and ugly, ordinary or unsustainable presentation in sight. They serve you and preserve the environment using biodegradable compressed corn or bamboo plates/cutlery and only if or when necessary.
