a) Cakes do not have to be baked from scratch. Using a box mix is allowed, but the cake must be baked by the contestant, not store bought. Pre-made kits and decorations are strictly pro hibited.

b) Cakes can be any shape (round or square), but cannot be any larger than a 9” x 13” baking pan size. No more than two lay ers will be allowed (for practical reasons!)

d) Contestants must bring bare cake, already baked, and all the supplies needed to decorate. NO DECORATIONS may be added prior to contest start time, includ ing icing. No decorations may be crafted off site prior to the contest.

2. Competitors are required to sign a harmless agreement prior to competing in the event.

8. All entries will be on display during the remainder of the fair. All decorating materials must be picked up after the fair on Sunday, September 25th between 2 and 5 p.m. Any materials remaining after that time will be discarded. Any entries removed before the designated time will forfeit any premiums awarded.

3. Pre-made kits are strictly prohibited. Back drop must be the original creation of the participating family.

2. Some preparations may be done prior to the contest (painting, cuts that require precise measurement, etc), but the backdrop must be assembled on site.

Contestants must be between 6 and 12 months and not yet walking. If a contestant walks at any time during the race, he/she will be disqualified. 2. Two people will be allowed on the racetrack, one at the start line and one at the finish line. 3. Contestants cannot be touched once the race begins. 4. Contestants may be encouraged to crawl the 10’ length of the race track by using toys, blankets, pacifiers, etc. 5. Hands and feet must cross over the finish line to be declared a winner. 6. If there not a clear winner at the end of three (3) minutes, the baby closest to the finish line will be declared the winner. 7. PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED FOR FIRST, SECOND & THIRD PLACES. 8.
