From PNH Press Release Lily Abigail, 7 lbs., 3 oz., and 20 inches long, was the first baby of the year born at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Proud parents, Cara and Blake Harmon, and big sister Layla (7), welcomed a healthy baby girl at 9:39 p.m. on January 1.
