One particular time, Dan really went out of his way, literally hours before his vacation to Mexico, to show us a house which we might like. Although this house wasn’t meant to be, Dan’s enthusiasm and willingness to help us out was outstanding. It was during this last-minute meeting that Dan announced that we may like a property that was going to be listing after he returned from his vacation; he was right, this house we bought through him had exactly all the right features and components that we wanted. In all the workings during this sale where Dan represented both us and the seller, he remained completely impartial and entirely professional. We couldn’t ask for a better, more pro¿cient, informed and reliable person working in the real estate business. The cherry on top was the locally sourced gift basket he brought over for us as we were handed the keys.
