Kia Ora! Welcome to your 'Co x & Kings - Best o f New Zealand' tour! On arrival at the airport in Queenstown, you will be met by our Cox & Kings representative. Then, proceed to your hotel and check-in (after 1400 hours). The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities. Te Anau - Wanaka - Queenstown
Today, check-out and proceed to visit Puzzling World at Wanaka. It features a multi-level outdoor maze, optical illusion rooms and a cafe with table puzzles. Continue to Arrowtown for a walking tour. Also visit a Nugget Sho p to browse through for New Zealand souvenirs. Then, proceed to Queenstown and discover the beauty of surroundings on a panoramic city tour with photostops. Pass by Lake Hayes and Arro w River. View the magnificent Lake Wakatipu, renowned for its scenic beauty and surrounding mountain peaks, AJ Hackett Bungy Bridge, Edith Cawell Bridge, Kawarau Bungy Bridge. Post lunch, board a gondola to Bo b's peak for stunning views of the surrounding Remarkables Mo untains, Lake Wakatipu and Queensto wn. Thereafter, drive to your hotel and check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure for individual activities. You can opt for bungee jumping, jet boat ride or Shotover jet, and get adrenaline rush as you enjoy twists and turns in the boat (at additional cost). Queenstown - Christchurch
Today, proceed to Christchurch. En route, enjoy a photo-stop at Mt. Co o k view point near Lake Tekapo and drive through scenic Lindis Pass and Canterbury region. Enjoy the view of Church of Good Shepherd and Sheep Dog monument. Arrive Christchurch and proceed on an o rientatio n city to ur visiting Hagley Park (outside view), Christ Hospital, Christ College, Botanical Garden and Christchurch Museum (time permitting). Then, continue to your hotel and check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure for individual activities. You can opt to visit Antarctic Centre (time permitting). Overnight in Christchurch. Today, visit the Agrodome and watch sheep shearing at a Farm Show. View amazing native dogs and cows and get a feel of a real New Zealand farm. You may opt for activities at Agroventures (at your own expense). Experience thrills while taking a ride on Agrojet, New Zealand's fastest Jet Boat ride. Enjoy Swoop and Freefall Xtreme. You can also race and pedal on the Shweeb. Later, visit Te Puia thermal geysers. Rotorua's best-known reserve of thermal springs, where boiling mud pools and roaring geysers greet you. You can opt to experience the Polynesian Spa. At TePuia, you can see Kiwi, the native New Zealand bird very closely. Meet the local Maori people at a Maori village. Be greeted by a powhiri ('poor-fee-dee'), which is a traditional Maori welcoming ceremony. Overnight in Rotorua/Hamilton. Breakfast at the hotel, lunch and dinner at an Indian restaurant Day 07
Rotorua/Hamilton - Auckland
Today, check-out and proceed to Waikato region and enjoy a guided Glowworm caves tour. On the tour of the caves, the friendly guides will point out the highlights and share their knowledge of the caves and its history. This underground world is astonishingly beautiful. Pass through limestone passages filled with sculpted rock. Deep inside the caves, beyond the roar of the water, you will be taken by small boat into a silent hidden Glowworm Grotto inhabited by thousands of glowworms, unique to New Zealand. In the subterranean darkness, they produce a glittering display Later, enjoy viewing famous landmarks and harbor during an orientation tour of Auckland. The landmarks like the War Memorial Museum and the Viaduct Harbor will fascinate you. View Mission Bay, Tamaki Drive, Michel Josef Savage Memorial, Queen Street & K Road. Auckland's harbors are filled with yachts - a very popular place in the world for sailors! Important Note A part of your tour price will be taken in NZD from your LRS as per the RBI / GOI regulations. Child without bed - Child under 12 years of age, sharing parent's room, without a bed or cot. A deviation charge of INR 2500 per person, in addition to the applicable difference between the group airfare within the package holiday tour cost and the market airfare for the changed sector / date, will be applicable. Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty and rerouting charges are as per individual airline policy and the same will be advised and charged accordingly. For two adults and two children (both under 12 years) rooming together, kindly contact central operations team and the particular rooming request depends upon individual hotel policy. Itinerary is subject to change or alteration before or during the tour, due to feasibility of operation. Due to space restrictions in the coach, you are permitted to carry only one main bag (preferably strolley) and one hand bag on your tour. There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour. The tour manager and driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted. Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect. Overseas Travel insurance for the duration of the tour is included in the tour price. However, any passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges. The tour will be operated, subject to a minimum of 20full paying adult passengers travelling together In a room, there can be maximum of 3 adults. As a 3rd person in a Triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size will be the same as a Double room. In the event that the group size is less than 20 adult passengers, you will be given an option of travelling on an FIT basis, by paying an additional FIT Supplement. The tour may operate on a seat-in-coach basis for a group minimum strength of 20-30, with the assistance of a local representative. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/restaurant/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers. The same needs to be paid post returning from the tour. The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or any other services. Indian lunches, dinners and local meals are pre-set and a la carte would not be possible. Overseas Travel Insurance for the duration of the tour is included in the tour price. However, any passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges. Any passengers' age above 60 yrs has to pay additional amount. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, and threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, due to passengers negligence. All the visa costs are as of 1st May 2018. Any hike in visa charges by the respective countries or consulates, passengers will have to pay additional difference in amount of visa fees. Standard check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1000 - 1200 hours. The same may vary as per hotel policy. High season/trade fairs/events/festivals surcharges will be applicable. Under the GST Free Offer, Cox & Kings will bear 5% of GST on your final Invoice Amount which will be credited as a discount.
