Terms of Sale: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable in Canadian funds to clerks on sale day. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released.

Breeding Guarantee: All bulls are semen tested & guaranteed and sell with the Breeder’s Guarantee of Satisfaction. The bulls sell under the Terms & Conditions established by the Canadian Angus Association.

Sight Unseen Purchase Plan: If you cannot make it to the sale and wish to participate, please call myself or the sale’s staff with your selection and price range. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Insurance: Each animal becomes risk of the purchaser when the auctioneer’s hammer falls. Insurance will be available for purchase on sale day.

Cattle Inspection: The bulls are available for your inspection prior to the sale. All carry permanent identity tags that corres-pond to the Sale Lot numbers.

Semen Rights: Reid Angus reserves the right to collect semen on any bull sold through this sale. This is for Reid Angus in herd use only. Semen will be collected at Reid Angus’ expense & done at the buyers convenience.

Accidents & Liabilities: Although every pre-caution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the sales manager, auctioneer nor any owner assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of acci- dent or loss of property.

Announcements: Errors discovered in the catalogue will be corrected from the auction block at the beginning of the sale and such corrections will take precedence over the printed material in the catalogue.
