CPAS Making Mission Possible

making mission possible

Local church mission is the heartbeat of

CPAS. As an Anglican evangelical mission agency, we believe the message of the cross is real and relevant to all people, and that effective local church ministry is the key to seeing men, women, young people and children come to faith in Christ.

We make mission possible by developing Christian

leaders through leadership training, equipping churches with much-needed resources to help them grow, running 90+ Venture and Falcon holidays for thousands of 8-18s each year, and appointing evangelical leaders through our patronage work. If you share our vision for seeing God’s kingdom come in the UK and Republic of Ireland, read on.

leading to Jesus

Olly, a vicar in Rugby, has spent the last 18 months on our Arrow Leadership Programme being equipped for a lifetime of fruitful gospel ministry. Arrow helps ‘In the coming leaders to be led more by years, I believe we will see a more effective Church Jesus, lead more like Jesus in this country because of and lead more to Jesus.

Arrow. It’s probably one of the most important things God is doing in the Church at this time, and something very precious to invest in.’

Leading people to Jesus sits at the heart of all our training events and programmes for leaders, whether it’s help with discerning God’s vision, moving Olly from vision to reality or engaging in ministry in new or challenging situations.

Ventures and Falcons are action-packed holidays for anyone aged 8-18, of any faith or none. They are run by our fantastic Christian leaders and give young people the opportunity to explore life with Jesus, as well as have the time of their lives ‘The Venture doing everything from sailing honestly feels like my to ski-ing to scavenger second family. I feel so hunts. There’s also lots loved, happy and amazing of time to make friends here. It has changed my life for the better and helped and enjoy relaxing me get closer to God.’ together.
