• Price is inclusive of VAT.
• Over 18’s only. Hotel has challenge 25 policy in place, I.D. may be required.
• Dress code - formal/party wear.
• £10 Non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per person to secure booking. We reserve the right to release bookings not confirmed with a deposit within 14 days of enquiry date.
• Pre-orders required 14 days prior to event date (excluding buffet package).
• Full prepayment due 28 days prior to booking date. After this date, any cancellation or reduction in numbers will be fully chargeable.
• If you would like information on ingredients within our menu items in relation to allergens or food intolerance, please ask your Event Coordinator.
• The hotel reserves the right to change menus if necessary.
• The management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcoholic drinks.
• Bookings, capacity and numbers may be subject to change, based on national government guidelines and restrictions at the time of event. Bookings will be based on a first booked, first served basis - should any social distancing or restrictions come into force and the capacity of our party nights need to be reduced.
• The Hotel will be entitled to cancel, suspend or otherwise amend the event booking in whole or in part as a result of force majeure incident, including but not limited to war, riot, fire, natural disaster, strike, acts and advice of government and health authorities and organizations, terrorism, epidemics, civil disorder and any other cause beyond its control. The Client accepts such amendments to the event booking, will not be entitled to any form of compensation and will in the event of cancellation reasonably cooperate to reschedule the event.
• Should the client or the Hotel not be able to go ahead due to guidelines on travel and advice on social distancing from WHO (World Health Organisation) or other similar bodies then the client and/or the Hotel reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event to an alternative date of equal or greater value to take place within the next 12 months from the original date of the booking without penalty. If the event has been moved or postponed to new dates from the original contract; the cancellation policy of the contract for the original dates are applicable.
