Nut roast wellington with butternut, spinach and fennel veloute (v, vg)
Slow roast daube of beef, Yorkshire pudding with a creamy peppercorn and brandy sauce
Hake fillet parsley and lemon crumb and red wine jus (gf available) all mains served with crispy roast potatoes, buttery mash, honey roasted parsnips & carrots with brussels sprouts

Traditional Christmas pudding, topped with wild berries and Brandy custard
