NOBU Atlantis, The Palm serves as the perfect venue for the first outpost of Nobu in the Middle East, the famed restaurant that world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa created to redefine Japanese cuisine. Incorporating Nobu’s signature dishes from the legendary black cod seared and served with sweet miso sauce to the yellowtail topped with thin slices of jalapeno, the menu is complemented by a sushi bar and wood burning oven.

OSSIANO The most elegant and romantic of all Atlantis restaurants, Ossiano offers contemporary cuisine inspired by the sea in a stunning setting in the underwater world of Atlantis. RONDA LOCATELLI Giorgio Locatelli creates a rustic, warm and inviting restaurant that blends the

charm of an Italian countryside with the modernity of Dubai. Authentic, classic Italian cuisine is blended seamlessly with new flavours using the freshest of ingredients. Traditional pizza is served hot from the brick-oven, as well as other favourite Italian classics.

ROSTANG Rostang, The French Brasserie offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a traditional style French brasserie. FACILITIES AQUAVENTURE WATERPARK Non stop water, non stop fun Aquaventure Waterpark is the ultimate fun day out for the entire family, overflowing with 42 fun-filled acres of uphill water slides, rivers, rapids and a 700 m beach.
