Education and delivery of up to date information are covered by regular training events for dealers and end users, and are hosted every year. In the UAE, NMK hosts the series of educational seminars, Academy 4.0, that follows on to its successfully hosted training events from previous years. NMK Academy is held in the premises of distributors during the months of May and June.

The attendees have the opportunity to learn and improve their knowledge and skills within different areas of the professional audio and video market. All hands-on seminars are certified and free of charge. This year the seminars will be conducted by instructors from Sound Devices, Cloud, Rane, Rational Acoustics, Midas, Shure, DIS, Clear-Com, Mackie and Roland Systems Group. The distributor understands the value of time and knows that not everybody is able to travel and attend seminars in Dubai due to busy schedules. Therefore the company hosts a series of seminars across the region, called the NMK Roadshow, stopping in Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. As the industry is constantly evolving, the main goal of the roadshow is to keep the region up to date with the latest technology offered by the market. Further activities and initiatives of NMK would cover the certification of the clients, and offering free demonstrations of the latest products the company distributes. Last year, broadcast engineers of Al Rayyan TV in Qatar were exclusively certified by Neutrik during OpticalCON seminar at the premises of the client. In Oman, the team of Royal Opera House Muscat and Mustafa Sultan Enterprises underwent Axient certification conducted at their premises. In the UAE, Dubai Media Inc. took to the opportunity and their staff is now Axient certified.

The company has a long history in exhibiting at various trade shows in the region mainly CABSAT and GITEX.

NMK participates in several successful projects within the region. In 2014, the distributor supplied complete fibre optics solutions for Lusail Multipurpose Hall in Qatar and the largest shopping centre in Kuwait, the Avenues Mall.
