Executive Search Approach
Deep client needs analysis performed on the basis of future growths, plans, goals for the role, status of organization, a job description, requirements in terms of abilities and the remuneration bracket (average market rate), and if required, together we draw up a profile of an appropriate candidate (briefing). We identify key opportunities for the new executive, and defining a candidate profile that fits into the corporate culture and organizational structure - often this stage includes meeting key executives at the hiring organization.
Method for reaching candidates Our Executive Consultant will filter and communicate with potential candidates from our own database, traditional digital and social media sources, proactively sourced from the market as well as recommended by our placements at top positions. The recruiter will adhere to our sourcing ‘PIE’ methodology, which in essence means: Passion - investigate - evangelise
Recruitment processes methodology We determine market potential, specifying a target list with reference to the best candidates, assessment of the potential and feasibility for reaching those individuals, of them being interested in the proposal, determining methods for verifying abilities - based on Client expectations. We than prepare list in a form of a market map report.

Offer & negotiations After a series of interviews, Client will select their preferred candidate and the process of salary and offer negotiation will commence. Often the Cpl consultant will act as a mediator in this process to ensure both parties’ needs are being met. Finally, Cpl will assist with the integration (on-boarding) of the successful candidate into the workplace - the degree of involvement varies depending on the wishes of Client.
