CPL CONCORDIA svolge il servizio di Consulenza normativa, tariffaria e fiscale per le Public Utilities e Società di vendita di gas naturale ed energia elettrica.

Obiettivi CPL dispone di un servizio apposito rivolto al continuo studio e aggiornamento delle numerose normative emanate dall’Autorità per l’Energia Elettrica, il gas e il Servizio Idrico e dagli altri enti competenti nell’ambito dei mercati del gas naturale e dell’energia elettrica.

Team e formazione CPL negli anni ha costituito un team di consulenti esperti delle problematiche del settore; compito di tale gruppo è principalmente quello di informare in modo tempestivo i clienti su ogni nuova norma o modifica di quelle esistenti, tramite mail informative

dettagliate capaci di rilevare anche gli effetti pratici delle novità introdotte. E’ infatti uno scopo del servizio fornire supporto nell’interpretazione ed applicazione delle normative di riferimento.

Audit Per gli argomenti di maggior rilievo, i consulenti di CPL sono altresì disposti ad organizzare corsi formativi e/o incontri di approfondimento di una o più giornate con i clienti interessati.

adempimenti a cui gli stessi sono tenuti nei confronti dei vari Enti (AEEGSI, CCSE, Agenzia Dogane, Agenzia Entrate, Acquirente Unico). Per le società che utilizzano le soluzioni software di CPL per il Billing e la Distribuzione (“MUBI” e “DIGAS” basati entrambi su piattaforma Microsoft Dynamics NAV) il nostro team è in grado di gestire l’intera filiera di tali adempimenti, dall’estrazione e verifica dei dati direttamente sui sistemi del cliente fino al caricamento diretto di tali informazioni sui portali dei vari enti preposti. A questo proposito si precisa tuttavia che il Servizio di Consulenza non implica necessariamente l’acquisto/ noleggio dei software di CPL.

CPL CONCORDIA conducts the regulatory, price-related and financial counselling service for Public Utilities and sales companies in the field of gas and electricity.

Objectives

CPL has a specific service pointed towards the continuous study and upgrade of the numerous regulations issued by the Authority for Electricity, Gas, Water Services and by the competent authorities in the field of natural gas and electricity markets.

For what concerns the themes of high significance, the CPL consultant are also willing to organise training courses and/or meetings for detailed study of one or more days with the interested clients.

Over the years, CPL has constituted a team of consultants who are expert about the problems in the sector; the task of that group is mainly to inform promptly the clients about each new regulation or any modification of the already existing rule, through informative and detailed e-mails which are also able to measure the realistic effects brought by the introduced innovations. It is indeed one of the aims of the service to provide a support in the interpretation of implementation of the legislative reference.

For the companies which utilize CPL software solutions for Billing and Distribution (“MUBI” and “DIGAS”, both based on a Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform), our team is able to manage the whole chain of those fulfilments, from the extraction and examination of the data directly on the client’s systems to the direct loading of the data on the portals of the various accountable authorities. To this end it is however stated that the Counselling Service does not necessarily imply the purchase/rental of the CPL software.
