Wright and Heritage residence halls are both in need of an upgrade – is there anything else that can be done to amplify the existing buildings?
CPL’s approach to renovating two identical residence halls was to do more than make cosmetic updates – we crafted a plan to link the two buildings together to create an impressive amenity centric complex. We worked collaboratively with the client to leverage resources and arrived at an out-ofthe-box solution that both elevated the existing spaces and created a revenue stream opportunity for

food off campus. The new space includes a sushi concept, pasta/ pizza concept, custom salad station, custom wrap station and Wolfpack-to-Go section. The serving area was completely redesigned to improve flow and circulation, with twice the space as the previous area. In addition, seating was increased from 370 to 435 seats by enclosing a section of the patio.
