The Easter message is all about new life, and this year more than ever we look forward to real new beginnings and a fresh start, with spring bringing fresh hope and ‘light at the end of the tunnel’ as we look to emerge from the darkness of the pandemic.
As more turn to prayer and seek community help, now is surely the time to reach out to those in need. Our neighbourhoods desperately need the life, love, grace and hope that the death and resurrection of Jesus brings. With this in mind we have put together a variety of giveaways, resources and materials to use. New for 2021 a Lent Activity box aimed at providing the perfect family ‘journey tool’ in the lead-up to Easter. Many outside the church understand Lent as a time for reinvention and renewal – it’s a great time to help them on that journey, only reaching completion in the events of Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
We also have palm crosses accompanied by a beautiful card explaining the key elements to Easter.
