Executive summary
This report provides an overview of the financial performance of Convex for the period September 2019 – September 2022. The advent of Covid-19 pandemic disrupted businesses globally, thus resulting in donor fatigue. However, the current Convex continued with fundraising efforts as this was much needed.
As such, over the period under review, a total of R 2,660,693.00 was raised and a total of 153 CPUT current students and graduates were assisted. The direct cost linked to the income generated amounted to R78,949.85. We therefore remain grateful to our donors as well the individuals, particularly alumni who continue to heed the call of Ubuntu.
