Strategic linkage

NRM organisations will seek investment to support local stakeholders to adopt and implement disaster risk reduction, resilience and adaptation strategies.

NRM organisations have prioritised climate change actions in regional strategies, and will seek to encourage national, state, regional and local organisations and governments.

13.3 Improve education, awareness-raising and human and institutional capacity on climate change mitigation, adaptation, impact reduction and early warning NRM organisations will work with stakeholders to build awareness of climate change impacts and response options.
