Studio Available A workshop space is available for rem at the D Arcy McGee Craft Centre recently set up in Carlingford under the INTERREG pro­ gramme. This second floor space is approx. 300 sq. ft. Craft Fairs Although the Crafts Council has a list of some of the latger craft fairs, we are aware that there are many craft fairs taking place around the country that we do not have information for. Tapestries from Harrania

Second World Deer Farming Congress

There are a small number of tapestries left over from the Harrania Exhibition. Anyone inter­ ested in obtaining one should contact Catherine Jordan at the Dublin office for details. Tel. 01-6797383/4.

This Congress will be held in June, 1998 in Limerick University. The Irish Deer Farmers Association are looking for five or six stands to demonstrate and sell traditional Irish crafts.

General Announcements Support for the Craft Sector Rural Dublin LEADER Company, who have overall responsibility for administering the EU LEADER I I Programme in rural Dublin, have recently initiated a programme to facilitate and support greater co-operation among craft­ workers in the area. The main emphasis of this programme will be on group marketing activities, initially looking at the development of craft trails in rural Dublin.
