NEW Size 18 PMSSTUVM-CLO Salmon Steelhead Spinner When we first started selling Vivifs in 1958 and Panther Martins in 1961 we only offered a few sizes and patterns of each... 2 sizes of simple painted patterns in the case of our Vivif minnow and 3 sizes of gold and silver regular and deluxe in the case of Panther Martin. Over the years we have added larger lures, different kinds of lures and literally hundreds of other sizes, styles, colors and patterns. We are happy to say that for the last 56 years our lures have satisfied generation after generation of anglers. This year, we are introducing 80 different new lures.

From our beginning in 1958 when we introduced the first swimbaits to the American market, to our present line of Panther Martin spinners, frogs, tailwaggers and vivifs... all our lures had one thing in common - THEY ALL CATCH FISH! Not occasionally, not just sometimes, but consistently, reliably, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. This is no accident. We spend a lot of time testing our lures, getting feedback from fishing enthusiasts and dealers, studying the market for new trends and new developments, listening to individual customers, mom & pop stores and giant retailers.

FishSeeUV™ Salmon & Steelhead Marabou Spinners have unmatched Sonic Vibrations due to its convex/concave shape and unique in-line shaft design that allows the blade to spin 360° - the most freely spinning blade on the planet. Coupled with this, is a premium quality, hand-tied, natural looking Marabou tail that features Vibrant, Fluorescent, Glowing UV colors to attract Salmon & Steelhead. Heavy weighted teardrop-shaped body casts further and goes down deeper. It is also outfitted with true to life salmon egg bead to mimic salmon egg, a razor sharp Eagle Claw treble hook to keep fish caught. Use a balanced ultra-light rod and reel. We recommend a ball-bearing reel having a 6:1 retrieve weighing around 8 oz. with a smooth drag and a long spool. It is important to have a small diameter, soft line with adequate tensile strength. We recommend 4-6 lb. test.

Cross stream fishing allows you to have the best of both worlds. You can cover more area while not “spooking the fish.”
Unique convex/concave shape of blade sends out sonic vibrations that send fish into a feeding frenzy!
Use a “countdown” system. Cast out and count the lure down to different depths before retrieving. When trolling use either a weighted line or a down rigger to get to the preferred depth, usually around the thermocline (area of greatest temperature change). Once you get a strike, keep fishing at that depth. Inlets, outlets, springs, drop-offs and weeded areas often hold the majority of fish.
