Reception trip to Bocketts Farm
20th March 2020 Dear Parents This is the final edition of The Chronicle for this term. Looking back, so much has been achieved over the last few months and it is a great credit to everyone in the Cranmore community who has played a part in contributing to our success. I very much enjoyed the CPA Quiz Night which has turned out to be the final social gathering for most of us for some time to come. There is much talk today of instilling resilience in children. Well, rest assured that as a strong school community we shall draw on that resilience in the weeks ahead as we face a challenge which is truly unprecedented. On behalf of everyone at Cranmore, I wish to emphasise that we shall do all that we reasonably can for our pupils to mitigate the impact of this disruption to the normal programme. Yours sincerely

Junior News Reception trip to Bocketts Farm Reception had a wonderful trip to Bocketts Farm on Friday 13th March. Firstly, we met Stella, our guide, who told us all the rules of the farm. Next, we went straight on to meet Shelly the beautiful goat, and some rabbits, guinea pigs and a chicken. Next was the tractor ride around the farm, which was a real highlight for us all! We could even see London in the distance as we climbed a very steep hill. Finally, we had a tour of the bigger barn animals and learnt what the different coloured spots on the sheep meant. All the boys represented Cranmore brilliantly and we were very proud of their behaviour and knowledge.
