Dear Parents Our LP and MP children performed so well in their wonderful Nativity yesterday and I am delighted that they are giving us a repeat performance this morning. I am looking forward to Sunday when our Junior Chamber Choir will join the congregation at All Saints Church, Ockham for a special family service. I shall be out of school next week from Tuesday lunchtime until Friday on a school inspection. A new model for this process is being piloted this term and I am delighted to have been invited to be at the forefront in developing the best format for evaluating independent schools. It is always rewarding to spend time in another school, albeit the staff inevitably have some anxieties during an inspection. You are aware that we take many photos of school events such as sporting fixtures and drama productions. Some appear in The Chronicle each week and, in addition, you can access many more on Flickr via the parent portal on our website. These can be easily downloaded and printed if you wish to have a permanent record. Yours sincerely Michael Connolly

Bright Stars News We have been very busy in Pre-nursery this week. The children have loved playing in the Mud Kitchen and in the other areas of the garden. We also enjoyed cutting and sticking to make our poppies. On Tuesday we read the Owl Babies story and made our own owls with card and feathers.

Shelter Building At Forest School Upper Prep have been building shelters at Forest school. They were investigating which materials are best to build a shelter in order to keep the rain out.
