SIXTH FORM NEWS

This week within the Sixth Form we were delighted to welcome the 2023/24 Student Leadership Team.

On Monday all of the new leadership team members had individual hand over meetings with the previous students who worked within their area of responsibility last year. After having this important opportunity to get some advice and to ask any questions, the new team started to get stuck into their new roles! As the week has progressed all of our new student leaders have met with their link teachers to agree upon their projects for the year ahead and started to support the students throughout the school within their weekly duties in the Dining Room or Day Girls’ Study duty. Next week the team are meeting together to share their aims for their time in leadership and so we look forward to sharing some of their ideas with you over the coming weeks.

On behalf of all of the staff and students of St T's, I would like to take this opportunity to express a heartfelt thank you to all of the members of the 2022/23 student leadership team. They worked incredibly hard and have left a very valuable legacy for all of the students at St T's; we have all thoroughly enjoyed working with them over the last year.

Lastly, I am excited to share with you the news that our new Deputy Head Girl Julia will be taking over the responsibility of writing the Life In the Sixth Form section of the bulletin for you every week, beginning next Friday.

Thank you to Emma W who has diligently kept everyone up to date about Sixth Form Life for the last year. I am sure that you will agree with me that her wonderful writing style and dedication for Sixth Form life has provided us with highly enjoyable updates every week. Thank you to Emma for all of the time that she has dedicated to our section of the bulletin every week.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend and a very warm congratulations to all of our new 2023/24 student leadership team, I am very much looking forward to working with them all.
