Play Your Way To Wimbledon

Play Your Way To Wimbledon - Friday 28th April

ESTA is excited to running the Play Your Way to Wimbledon event on Friday 28th April from 4:30pm at St Teresa’s. This event is open to girls and boys aged 11-14 (born 2009-2012) and is a fantastic opportunity to literally play your way to Wimbledon! The winner of this event goes through to the county finals with the potential to make it to the national finals held on the grass courts of Wimbledon.

There are certificates, prizes and medals for players. Parents are very welcome to come along to watch the matches and we hope to have a BBQ at the clubhouse if the weather is good to us!

Lord, no longer will I shut the door when I hear you knocking. Father, by faith I happily accept your gift of salvation. God, I am ready to trust you as my Lord and Saviour. Thank you for taking over my sins and granting me the gift of eternal life. Amen.

To deepen our knowledge of the Master, to fully understand and embrace the mystery of his salvation, accomplished in total self-giving inspired by love, we must allow ourselves to be taken aside by him and to detach ourselves from mediocrity and vanity. We need to set out on the journey, an uphill path that, like a mountain trek, requires effort, sacrifice and concentration.
