What do you like best about owning a business? I love being able to set my own schedule. I learned very early on I was not made to be a nine-to-fiver. What is your motto or theme song? You don’t know until you try. What place inspires you? The canyonlands of the Southwest. I have never seen anything more magnificent than the landscape and rock formations of that area. It is truly inspirational. 15

Savory or dessert party trays, scones, lemon bars, marionberry cheesecake coconut cake, gourmet frozen meals like macaroni and blue cheese, appetizers such as olive crostini, and espresso.
