Our full pool schedule is available online at www.mltrec.com it will reflect the most current information . Please read schedules carefully, we offer multiple programs, some are at overlapping times . Pool space is shared . Children under Four Years old

MUST be accompanied IN THE WATER by a responsible adult and must stay within arm’s reach for all swims. The summer schedule will be available online and at the Recreation Pavilion the week of June 20.

Shared lanes open for continuous lap swimming . Kickboards and pull buoys are available for use . During specific times designated as “Adult” lap swim participants must be 16 years or older to use the lanes . Please follow posted lap swimming etiquette .

Our river has a light current . Inner tubes, flotation devices and lifejackets are available for use .

Leisure Pool Only

(Shallow Area only)

Geysers, Toddler Island, floatation toys, water toys, lifejackets and noodles . Designed for children 6 and under and their parents . Children under Four Years old MUST be accompanied IN THE WATER by a responsible adult within arm’s reach .

These are times when both the River and the Leisure Pool are available .

Leisure pool area, Lazy River, and main pool equipped with floatation devices, water toys, lifejackets, and basketball hoops . * Changes in Schedule: Friday Rec Swims (4:30pm) on the following dates will be canceled for Lifeguard In-Services: May 6 & June 3 . ** Open Swims offer all areas with 2 lap lanes (no water walk) and 3 lanes for play .

Water Fitness Classes & Times

Improve cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and increase flexibility . Exercising in water reduces the stress on joints . Enjoy the support and warmth of the water as you exercise . All classes are drop-in . The Summer Water Fitness Schedule will be available online and at the Recreation Pavilion, please read the schedule carefully as time will change to earlier times for summer .

Arthritis Aquatics

A low impact class with a choice of intensity that is based on each individual’s abilities . The warm water helps relieve pain and stiffness as well as increase joint flexibility .

Aquatic Boot Camp

This is a high intensity and impact class for those looking to get a great workout . This class focuses on core strength, muscle strength and toning, and cardio . We recommend wearing water shoes and bring a water bottle .

Aqua Zumba®

High impact and intensity . Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with traditional water fitness into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio conditioning, body toning and exhilarating!

Deep Water Fitness

No impact with moderate to high intensity . This is a dynamic, total-body workout . Students use equipment for floating, support and resistance . No swim skills are required however participants must be comfortable in the deep water .

Low Intensity Fitness Training (L.I.F.T.)

Low impact with variable intensity . Low Intensity Fitness Training is a program for people who are just starting a fitness program, persons 60 years and over, anyone with joint and mobility issues, or anyone looking for a bit of a slower pace from our other classes .

Shallow Water Fitness

Low to mid impact with moderate intensity . Includes various walking techniques in shallow water .

Water Walk

Low to mid impact with moderate intensity . Includes various walking techniques in shallow water . No swim skills required .
