Caring for the People you Love! We had the opportunity to speak to Right At Home’s founders, Steve and Thelma Byfield. Read on to learn more about their locally owned and operated in-home services, and how their main priority is to take care of our loved ones. Tell us about Right At Home and your team. How did it begin? What are your core values? Right At Home began in December 2018. Our dedicated team’s core values are our number one priority and they go above and beyond to make sure our clients receive the best service in Laredo and surrounding areas. You offer an extensive amount of quality care services. Can you explain some of them to our readers? Right At Home Primary Home specializes in providing the following services to our community: respite care, home keeping and 24-hour live-in care. We also provide help to children from newborn age to 20 years old; these services include anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive disorder, phobias disorder, depression disorder, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders, eating disorder, personality disorder, autism, ADD, ADHD, post-traumatic stress, and psychotic disorder including schizophrenia and down syndrome. Older adults are a special population. What is something you love about working with them? We love not just having them as clients but getting to know them and building a friendship, gaining their trust and seeing they are happy with our services.
