Ollies cake house is a family business run by Mr.Syam who has served last 16 years as ahead pastry
chef (Qualified)in hospitality industry including Royal Caribbean cruise line (USA), Celebrity cruise line (USA) Cunard cruise line,QE2 (UK) and Merchant hotel-5*(UK).

We are offering all types of occasional cakes (Wedding cakes, Birthday cakes, Novelty cakes, cup cakes, mud cakes, fruit cakes, marble cakes....) using Fresh cream, butter cream, royal icing, fondant..etc. Individual Pastries( See page 4). All kind of desserts-Cheese cakes, Pies, Pannacottas, swan shaped profit rolls, Éclairs.....etc. Fancy afternoon teas- Charlottes, macaroons, Madeline, fancy cakes, finger sandwich, banana cake, scones....Chocolate ,sugar, ginger house show pieces...
