Spin & Dry Laundrette was awarded ‘Small Business of the Year (10 employees or less)’ and specialises in a full laundry service including ironing, which is done on the same day, and service washes. The laundrette is located on Carlisle Street in

Goole.

Our Goole chatted to Nichola Holgate to find out more about the business and what they have been up to.

When was the business set up?

Our official opening day was 9th December 2016.

What services do you provide?

We provide a range of services, including: • Pick up & delivery service • Service washes • Duvets & sleeping bags • Sports kits • Ironing service • Self-service • Dry cleaning

What makes you proud of your business?

Everything from the service we provide to the standard of the shop.

Did you enjoy your night at the awards?

It was an absolutely fantastic night. It was great to see so many businesses in and around Goole get the recognition they deserve.

How did it feel to win Small Business of the Year?

I was very excited but overwhelmed at the same time! I am extremely proud of what we have built up over the years, so to win Small Business of the

Year at the awards was a huge achievement for us and one we will not forget.

What makes you stand out?

I believe our clear, consistent branding and cleanliness of the store makes us recognisable in Goole as well as professional. The excellent feedback we receive echoes this and we are very proud of the services we provide.

What are your plans for the upcoming year?
