Clockwork’s manager Samson Moore told Tadcaster Echo: ‘I truly believe that Clockwork is doing fantastically well in his career of late.’

Clockwork’s catalogue of music can be found across all streaming platforms, but Spotify is what he considers to be his flagship platform - where he has a considerable amount of monthly listeners.

These genres are mainly, grime, rap, trap, pop and pop-punk. He has been making music for a long time now, and has become something of a veteran on the UK urban music scene.

Originally from Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Clockwork

In August 2022, Clockwork was aired on BBC Radio for the first time - a dream he had been purusing since the start of his career. The song that was aired was called ‘Bank Street - Freestyle’ and it was done in collaboration with his best friend and mentor; ‘99’.

Back in April, Clockwork was given his second airing on the BBC airwaves, this time with a song called ‘Graft’, in a triple-collaboration with Blackpool’s ‘Afghan Dan’ and also 99 again. This song achieved brilliant success on the steaming platforms too, earning over 2,000 streams on Spotify - a fantastic achievement for an independent musician. As well as making marketable music that can be aired on BBC Radio, Clockwork has never been one to shy away from making deep, meaningful and topical songs too, raising awareness on important issues such as the war in Ukraine, homelessness, and suicide prevention to name but a few. Clockwork has always been respected for this.

He also has big ambitions for the future and plans to arrange some live performances in and around the Tadcaster area, as well as the wider UK.

Getting back in the recording studio with 99 to work on a lot more joint projects together is also a big priority for him.
