SR9 Corridor Scoping Study

As part of the second phase of the Greenfield Gateway, which consists of the planting design at the intersection of I-70 and SR-9 and the landscape beautification associated with proposed improvements to the SR-9 corridor. HDG was asked to take a further look at future opportunities for growth, development, aesthetic enhancement, and community interaction along SR9 Corridor.

The master plan represents all the ideas that came out of the workshop sessions with the stakeholders and community members. Opportunities for greatest impact along the Corridor can be focused into three main areas – Gateway, Threshold, and Linear Park. Individual aspects of the master plan within these three areas can be reused throughout the Corridor and the greater community to create a cohesive vision that invites residents, visitors, and passersby into the City of Greenfield.
